Wallpaper Installation

Precision is important to me. Seams shouldn’t be gapped, overlapped, or over-worked; this can lead to glue being pushed away from the edges and could cause the seams to separate in the future. I adjust my techniques and tools to the type of product you need installed. Furniture and carpeting will be covered with lightweight plastic and drop cloths. In addition to standard wallpaper, I also install Grasscloth and natural weaves, Mylar, Glass bead, Vinyl and hand-painted canvas murals, Expanded vinyl, High end and medium grade, Commercial grade, Hand-made papers. Please let me know if you would also like to have the switch plates covered for an additional fee.

Wallpaper Removal

When I strip wallpaper I thoroughly remove the paper, backing, and glue. Your walls will be clean and ready for new wallpaper or paint. If you start stripping your wallpaper and get in over your head, don’t hesitate to call me! I can save you from unnecessary wall damage by using the proper tools, products, and techniques.

Wall Preparation & Repair

Walls need to be smoothed of imperfections for both wallpaper and paint. I will patch small holes and cracks, but for more in depth drywall repair I suggest hiring a specialist. I recommend priming the walls before installing paper in any room that will be subject to high humidity, such as a bathroom.

Interior Painting

When it comes to painting, it’s important that the walls are properly prepared. I pay close attention to my edging and lines to give you a professional paint job without the mess. I am more interested in quality than quantity and will take time to ensure that your walls are beautifully painted.
